The reason they are on a "shoe string budget" is because the MBC is still witholding "spawning its eggs" and figuring out how they will survive in the not-so-friendly water in the light of the current turn of events- Noynoy's slipping survey ratings. They live and play stocks market world and of course they will not invest a "garbage" stock. Villar is spending his own money and it's his prerogatives how he spend it as long as it's not illegal. Spending it in campaign slogans using the "poor" as theme/backdrop is not illegal but his opponents are using it to turn the table against him. Yano yan aayyy!
